2. Tell us how to find your support record
Include your name, phone used on WhatsApp, email if any, approximate conversation or reservation date, and what you want to delete, correct or access.
3. Wait for confirmation
The team will review the request and may confirm your identity before changing or deleting information. We will reply as soon as possible.
4. Legal limits
Some records may be kept for the time required for tax obligations, fraud prevention, safety, financial history or defense of rights.
