Who the course is for

For those who want to go beyond tandem flights and fly on their own. No prior experience required; we ask for a commitment to safety and availability for both theory and practical stages.

Accepts gradual progression
Values safety and criteria
Has availability for weather and practice

Duration and structure

Course length varies with your availability and weather for practical sessions. We work to a minimum of supervised solo flights, theory lessons, and ground practice (kite inflation and canopy control), plus instruction tandem flights. Progress is gradual: we start in a controlled environment and advance to your first solo flights with radio support. Our goal is for you to gain the knowledge and confidence to fly safely.

Equipment

For initial ground training and first flights, the school provides paraglider, harness, helmet, and radio. When it's time to fly from the hill, you'll need your own gear—purchase is guided by instructors according to your profile and safety standards. Certified, well-maintained equipment is part of safe training.

Certification and locations

Students learn to fly responsibly

Certification

The course follows CBVL (Brazilian Free Flight Confederation) guidelines. Release for unmonitored solo flight only happens when instructors assess that you have the required skills. Many Brazilian sites require the Aerodesportista Registration Certificate (ANAC, RBAC 103); CBVL or ABP membership is recommended and may be required at some locations. We train pilots who are ready to fly with autonomy and responsibility.

Where it happens

Theory and ground practice take place in Santa Catarina in suitable training environments. Flight practice uses local takeoff and landing sites, always with instructor supervision. Contact us for dates and locations of the next courses.
