The flight depends on weather, wind, weight, availability and pilot assessment. Final confirmation happens on WhatsApp.
Reschedule and weather
We reschedule at no extra cost when weather is unsuitable. If the flight cannot be completed during your trip due to unfavorable weather, we refund the reservation amount per our policy.
Weather and rescheduling
If the flight cannot take place due to unfavorable weather during your trip, we refund the reservation amount. Other cancellations follow the terms agreed with support.

Rescheduling
Reschedule allowed with at least 24h notice, subject to weather and availability.
Transfer
You may transfer or gift the booking.
Advance notice
Booking must be made at least 1h in advance (America/Sao_Paulo).
Weight
Weight: minimum 40 kg, maximum 130 kg per passenger.
2 passengers
For 2-passenger flight (Paragliding only): max combined weight 130 kg. Pilot approval on the day.
