When you contact TopVoos through the site, WhatsApp, reservation form or social channels, we may receive name, phone, email, language, message, desired date, flight type, location of interest, weight for safety screening and data required for payment when online payment is used.
We use the data to answer information requests, organize reservations, confirm weather and availability, guide safety, speak with partner pilots, issue receipts, prevent abuse, improve support and comply with legal or operational obligations.
TopVoos may use WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Platform and internal support tools to receive messages, keep conversation context and answer flight questions. When automation is used, it should support human service and route sensitive cases to the team.
We may share only what is necessary with pilots, operational partners, lodging partners, payment providers, hosting services, analytics tools and communication platforms. We do not sell personal data.
When online payment is used, billing data is processed by authorized providers such as Mercado Pago or equivalent services. TopVoos does not store full credit card numbers.
We keep data for the time needed for support, reservation history, safety, legal obligations and financial control. You may request access, correction or deletion according to applicable law.
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data. We may keep minimum records when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety or defense of rights.
